Challenge
To make the industrial and commercial area of Aalborg more sustainable, efficient and competitive by creating synergies between companies and between economic and environmental benefits.
Solution
The project provided support and guidance to the participating companies to develop and implement green business models, based on a systemic analysis of their resource flows and potential collaborations. The project also involved the local business network and the public energy supply organisation to create a favourable framework for industrial symbiosis.
